CAR FOR REMOVING DUST ATTACHED ON THE PLATES OF PRECIPITATOR

PURPOSE: A car for removing dust adhered to a dust collecting plate is provided to remove dust adhered to a dust collecting plate of a general electric dust collector efficiently and every nook and corner without labor mobilization. CONSTITUTION: The car includes: a truck having a main body(11a) to be contacted to a dust collecting plate and traveling wheels(16a,16b); a brush(14) rotatably mounted in front of the main body(11a) for removing dust of the dust collecting plate; a magnet member(18) mounted to the truck so that the truck is supported on the dust collecting plate by a magnetic force; a driving portion(20) mounted on the main body for transmitting power to the wheels(16a); and sensors each disposed in front of the brush(14) and at the back of the main body(11a) so as to sense the upper and lower ends of the dust collecting plate. 본 발명은 일반적인 전기집진기(51) 내 집진판(53)에 집진된 먼지(58)를 제거하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 먼지(58)가 집진된 집진판(53) 상에 자력에 의해 지지되면서 상하주행토록되는 대차(11) 전방에 브러쉬(14)를 설치하고, 주행도중 상기 브러쉬(14)로 상기 집진판(53) 상의 먼지를 효율적으로 제거하며, 상기 대차몸체(11a)의 전후방에 상기 집진판(53)의 상하측단 감지용 센서들(13)(15)를 장착하여 상기 대차(11)의 주행을 조정토록 구성된 집진판부착먼지 제거차(10)에 관한 것이다.
