1 1-Component Room Temperature-Cross linkable Emulsion Composition

PURPOSE: Provided is a binder for water paint, which is useful for use requiring excellent finishing appearance, high durability, water resistance, and adhesion, when applied on surfaces of substrate. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 30-60 parts by weight of at least one alkyl(meth)acrylate, 0-30 parts by weight of styrene monomer, 0.3-3 parts by weight of carboxylic group-containing monomer having at least one unsaturated double bonds, 0.3-10 parts by weight of monomer capable of imparting an adhesion to surface of substrate, 0.1-10 parts by weight of monomer which provides a mechanism capable of crosslinking at room temperature, and 1-5 parts by weight of surfactant having unsaturated double bond. 본 발명은 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 반복단위를 포함하고, 최소한 한종류 이상의 가교기구와, 최소한 한종류 이상의 부착력을 부여할 수 있는 기능성 단량체를 포함하는 상온 가교형 에멀젼 공중합체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상온(25℃) 및 고온(50℃)에서 물에 함침시켰을 때 도막의 박리 또는 블리스터가 발생하지 않을정도로 충분한 부착력과 내수성을 가지며, 연필경도가 HB내지 3H, 60°격면 광택이 80이상인 건축용 또는 토목용 도료의 바인더로 적합하다. 상기의 에멀젼 공중합체 조성물은 상온에서 건조하여 우수한 내수성, 내용제성, 부착성, 광택특성 및 충분한 경도를 필요로 하는 용도로 사용 될 수 있으며, 자세하게는 타일의 보수 도장, 건축용 외부 또는 내부 도장 및 다습한 조건에 노출이 잦은 환경에 쓰이는 도료용 바인더로 특히 바람직하다.
