CARBON CONTAINING REFRACTORY FOR CONTINUOUS CASTING AND OXIDATION PREVENTING COATING MATERIAL THEREON

PURPOSE: Provided are antioxidants applied to graphite refractories for continuous casting, which form coating layers for preventing oxidation of graphite refractories by adding silica sol and liquid acryl resin to basic components containing feldspar and frit. CONSTITUTION: The antioxidants that are slurry having 200-3500cP of viscosity and low glassification temperature, for graphite refractories comprise 50-80wt.% of feldspar, 20-50wt.% of frit, 10-30pts.wt. of silica sol for forming films to the refractories firmly, and 10-40pts.wt. of aqueous acryl emulsion for prevention of moisture absorption, wherein the refractories are based on zirconia-graphite, alumina-graphite and alumina-graphite. 연속주조용 흑연질 내화물 및, 그에 도포되는 산화방지제가 제공된다. 따라서 본 발명은, 장석 50~ 80중량%와 프리트(frit) 20~50중량%로 이루어진 분말조성물에, 실리카 졸 10~ 30중량부와 수용성 아크릴에멀젼 10~40중량부를 혼합하여 구성되는 흑연질 내화물용 산화방지제에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 산화방지제가 도포된 흑연질 내화물에 관한 것이다.
