AN APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE OPERATION OF OIL SKIMMER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling operation of oil skimmer is provided to immediately cope with water level change according to variation of wastewater flow rate, constantly maintain the overflow amount into catchment pit, and automatically operate the oil skimmer without electric power by head drop of wastewater. CONSTITUTION: In an oil skimmer for collecting waste oil of wastewater received into settling ponds, the apparatus for controlling operation of the oil skimmer comprises a sensing part (10) comprising a balance beam (14) on one end of which floats (11) are mounted so that the floats (11) are moved up and down according to water level change of the settling ponds, and the other end of which is rotationally assembled into the upper part of an overflow prevention wall (116) to sense water level of the settling ponds; a driving part (30) comprising a link arm (31) into which one end and the other end of the balance beam (14) are rotationally assembled, impellers (32) installed at the other end of the link arm (31) so that the impellers (32) are rotated by wastewater flown over and dropped into supernatant tank, and a power transmission part (40) for transmitting rotational driving force of the impellers (32) to the side of driving roller (172) of the oil skimmer to operate the oil skimmer; and an overflow part (50) comprising an overflow plate (51) installed on the balance beam (14) to change height of the upper part of an oil trough (131) into which wastewater is flown according to water level change of the settling ponds as the overflow plate (51) is being moved up and down along with the floats (11) so that wastewater is constantly flown over. 본 발명은 폐오일을 수거처리하는 오일스키머의 운전을 제어하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 침전지(111)(112)의 수위(W1)변화에 따라 상하이동되도록 부레를 일단에 장착한 밸랜스빔(14)을 갖추고, 상기 밸런스빔(14)의 타단은 월류방지벽(116)의 상단에 회동가능하게 조립하여 침전지(111)(112)의 수위(W1)를 감지하는 감지부(10); 상기 밸랜스빔(14)의 타단과 일단이 회동가능하게 조립되는 링크암(31)을 갖추고, 상기 링크암(31)의 타단에는 상등수조(119)내로 월류되어 낙하되는 폐수에 의해서 회전되는 임펠러(32)를 갖추며, 상기 임펠러(32)의 회전구동력을 상기 오일스키머(170)의 구동롤러(172)측으로 전달하는 동력전달부(40)를 갖추어 상기 오일스키머(170)를 작동시키는 구동부(30) 및 상기 부레(11)와 더불어 상하이동되면서 상기 침전지(111)(112)의 수위(W1)변화에 따라 폐수가 월류되는 오일 트러프(131)의 상단높이를 가변시키도록 상기 밸랜스빔(14)에 월류판(51)을 갖추어 폐수를 일정하게 월류하는 월류부(50);를 포함하는 오일스키머의 운전제어장치를 제공한다.
