Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Sliding gates for preventing channeling of molten steel are provided in which the central axis of the injection flow is not deviated by improving the sliding gate of tundish, thereby preventing channeling of molten steel injected when supplying molten steel of tundish into a mold. CONSTITUTION: In upper, middle and lower sliding gates in which molten steel injection holes are respectively formed at the lower part of the tundish to supply molten steel of tundish into a mold, the sliding gates for preventing channeling of molten steel are characterized in that two plates(11,12) on which respective molten steel injection holes(11a,12a) are formed are reciprocally overlappingly installed between the upper sliding gate(10) and the lower sliding gate(13), grooves(11b,12b) in which gears are formed are formed at a part of the surface oppositely directed to the overlappingly installed plates(11,12), and a pinion gear(14) is formed in the grooves(11b,12b), wherein diameter of the outer circumference of the pinion gear(14) is equal to the sum of depth of the grooves(11b,12b) formed on the two plates(11,12), and wherein a steel band(15) is installed on the outer circumferential surface of the plates(11,12). 본 발명은 턴디쉬의 용강을 주형에 공급할 때에 그 주입되는 용강의 편류를 방지하도록 턴디쉬의 슬라이딩게이트를 개량하여 주입류의 중심 축이 변하지 않게 한 용강의 편류방지용 슬라이딩게이트 관한 것으러서, 그 구성은 턴디쉬의 용강을 주형에 공급하도록 그 턴디쉬의 하부에 각각의 용강주입홀이 형성된 상부, 중간, 하부슬라이딩게이트에 있어서, 상기 상부슬라이딩게이트와 하부슬라이딩게이트의 사이에는 각각의 용강주입홀이 형성된 2개의 플레이트가 상호 겹치게 설치되고 그 겹치게 설치된 플레이트의 상호 마주보는 면 일부에는 기어가 형성된 홈이 형성되며 상기 홈에는 피니언기어를 구비시켜 된 것이다.
