CONSTITUTION: The cutting unit for a joint projection of a sewer pipeline is controlled by remote control and has a simple structure such as a wheel of a car and cuts off a pipe projected to a pipeline without additional control by complementing a cutting head having 2-DOF(degree of freedom) and fixing a head itself without upper, lower and right and left DOF(degree of freedom).
