Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A scarfing machine is provided to prevent flaws occurred on the surface of cast slab by removing flash burr produced as molten slab is being fallen down when heating and thus melting the upper cross section at the front of cast slab using gas flame of high temperature and neatly removing molten oxide scale fused onto the surface of cast slab. CONSTITUTION: In a scarfing machine comprising a scarfing unit(7) comprising an injection part(7a) for injecting high pressure air onto the surface of heated cast slab to remove oxide scale thereon, the scarfing machine comprises first injection body (A) comprising first rotation shaft(13) rotationally installed on the lower surface of the scarfing unit in rear of the injection part, first bracket extended downward by being connected to the first rotation shaft, and first injection nozzle body(16) fixed to the end part of the first bracket in such a way that the first injection nozzle body is capable of injecting a fluid; second injection body (B) comprising second rotation shaft(18) rotationally installed on the lower surface of the scarfing unit in rear of the first injection body, second bracket extended downward by being connected to the second rotation shaft, and second injection nozzle body(21) fixed to the end part of the second bracket in such a way that the second injection nozzle body is capable of injecting a fluid; a connecting member for connecting the first injection body to the second injection body so that the first and second rotation shafts are integrally rotated; and a rotation means (C) for rotating the second rotation shaft, wherein an injecting direction of the fluid injected through the first and second injection nozzle bodies is changed as the first and second rotation shafts are being integrally rotated by the rotation means.
본 발명에 따른 스카핑 머쉰은 스카핑 유니트의 하면에 회전가능하게 설치된 제1회전축에 연결된 제1분사노즐체를 갖는 제1분사체와; 제1분사체의 후방에서 스카핑 유니트의 하면에 회전가능하게 설치된 제2회전축에 연결된 제2분사노즐체를 갖는 제2분사체와; 제1회전축과 제2회전축이 일체적으로 회전하도록 제1분사체와 제2분사체를 연결하는 연결부재와; 제2회전축을 회전시키기 위한 회전수단으로 이루어지고, 제1분사노즐체와 제2분사노즐체를 통한 유체분사방향은 회전수단에 의하여 제1회전축과 제2회전축이 일체적으로 회전함에 따라 변경되는 것을 특징으로 하므로, 주편표면의 스카핑 작업시 주편의 전단면부의 예열부위에서 생성된 용융물이 흘러내리는 것을 사전에 완전히 차단하면서 덧살 제거작업을 수행하고 또한 주편의 예열시 예열면을 균일하게 예열함으로서 스카핑 작업의 불량율을 크게 감소시키며, 스카핑 완료된 주편의 표면결함 검사시 융착산화 스케일의 제거작업을 신속하게 수행하여 주편의 표면결함 여부를 신속하게 수행함으로써 후속공정에서 제작된 제품의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다. |
