Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A timing belt system for self-tension control is provided to eliminate restriction when design a driving system by maintaining tension of a belt optimally with changing speed of a pulley according to a change of tension of the belt without using an extra auto tensioner. CONSTITUTION: A self-tension control timing belt system comprises a timing belt(5) delivering power of an engine; a fixed pulley(10) having a crank pulley(1) fixed on a crankshaft(c); and a moving pulley(20) controlling the tension of the belt by increasing a contacted width by sliding from the fixed pulley according to a change of tension of the belt. The fixed pulley is fixed by a fixed hub(11) to rotate with the crankshaft together. A placing groove(12) is formed at the fixed pulley for placing a first elastic member(30). The moving pulley is combined into the belt of V shape at regular intervals against the fixed pulley. The moving pulley is combined with the hub by a moving hub(21), and formed against the placing groove having the first elastic member.
본 발명은 셀프장력조절 타이밍벨트 시스템에 관한 것으로, 별도의 오토텐셔너를 사용하지 않고 풀리를 벨트의 장력 변화에 따라 가변시키면서 벨트의 장력을 최적으로 유지해 구동계의 설계 레이아웃시 발생되는 제약을 해소함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 엔진의 동력을 전달하는 타이밍벨트(5)를 구동시키는 크랭크축에 구비된 크랭크풀리(1)가 크랭크축(C)에 고정된 고정풀리(10)와, 벨트(5)의 장력변화에 따라 고정풀리(10)로부터 슬라이딩 이동되면서 벨트(5)와의 접촉폭을 증감시키면서 벨트(5)의 장력을 조절하는 이동풀리(20)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. |
