The health food prevents paralysis, has anticancer activity, improves a digestive disorder, gastric diseases, hepatitis, nephritis, coprostasis, etc., treats obesity, reduces blood glucose level, relieves fatigue, and has good effect on hypertension and hypotension. CONSTITUTION: The health food is characterized by containing 60 wt.% of Salicornia herbacea, 20 wt.% of sea tangle, 10 wt.% of Ulmi cortex, 2 wt.% of maltose, 2 wt.% of Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance., 1 wt.% of Crataegus Pinnatifida Bunge, 4 wt.% of wheat flour, and 1 wt.% of honey syrup. It is formulated into a granules.
