Air suction quantity measurement apparatus of coke oven gas

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring air suction amount of coke oven gas is provided which is capable of measuring the air suction amount to prevent explosion when removing tar with corona electric discharge formed by impressing a direct current high voltage between both electrodes of collecting electrode and electric discharge electrode. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for measuring air suction amount of coke oven gas comprises a measuring means(200) for measuring inflow air of coke oven gas; an operation part(400) computing the received data by receiving data from a converter(300) for converting measured values measured from the measuring means(200) into data; a computer(500) for outputting control signals by receiving output values of the operation part; and an alarm system(600) operated by the control signals outputted from the computer, wherein the measuring means(200) comprises a steam tracing tube installed on the body to guide gas; a heater box installed in the body to heat gas, filters formed on a pipe installed at the body to separate foreign materials contained in gas, a cooler installed on the outer part of the heater box to separate condensate water by cooling the heated gas, and an analyzer installed at the outer part of the heater box to measure the amount of air contained in gas that is reheated as it is being moved inside the heater box after being cooled in a cooler. 본 발명의 목적은 히터박스와 쿨러에 의한 방식으로 직접흡입력을 이용하는 자기 산소계로서 불 균일 자장중에 산소를 봉입한 기준공구를 설치하고 시료공구에 시료가스를 유통시키면서 시료가스 속의 공기 농도에 따라서 흡입 배척되는 원리를 이용한 분석계로 측정하고 컴퓨터에서 제어신호를 전송하여 경보계를 작동시켜 폭발을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 코크스 오븐 가스의 공기 흡입량 측정장치를 제공함에 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 코크스 오븐 가스의 유입공기를 측정하는 측정수단(200)과, 그 측정수단에서 측정된 측정값을 데이터로 변환하는 변환기(300)에서 데이터를 입력받아 연산하는 연산부(400)와, 상기 연산부의 출력값을 입력받아 제어신호를 출력하는 컴퓨터(500)와, 상기 컴퓨터에서 출력되는 제어신호에 의해서 작동되는 경보계를 포함하여서 된 것이다.
