CONSTITUTION: The abnormality detector comprises a displacing member that is arranged in the exhaustion flow pass on the downstream side than the fluid inlet so that it may be displaceable and a sensor that has the detection area in the displaceable range of the displacing member. 본 발명의 액체 작용장치의 이상검출장치는 위사에 작용시킨 액체의 배출 이상을 확실하게 검출 가능하게 하는 것이다. 이상검출장치는 액체 작용장치에 의해 배출되는 액체를 받아 변위가능하도록 액체의 유입구보다도 하류쪽의 배출계로에 배치된 변위부재와, 변위부재의 변위가능 범위 내에 검출영역을 갖고, 변위부재를 검출하여 신호를 출력하는 센서를 포함한다.
