Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of substitute absorbent for activated carbon using granular acid montmorillonite and calcined granular oyster shell which can be used applied to acidic or alkaline wastewater to remove COD and heavy metals by adjusting acid montmorillonite according to pH increase when treating sewage and wastewater. CONSTITUTION: In a filter medium used in wastewater treatment, the manufacturing method of substitute absorbent for activated carbon using granular acid montmorillonite and calcined granular oyster shell is characterized in that the absorbent is manufactured by calcining the mixture at a temperature of 700 deg.C for 60 minutes after mixing oyster shell with acid montmorillonite in the mixing ratio range of 1:0.2 to 1:0.3, wherein the oyster shell has a size of particles corresponding to a sieve size of 10 to 16 meshes, wherein the acid montmorillonite having characteristics for absorbing cations and anions or maintaining the interchangeable state of the absorbing cations and anions is used to remove chlorine ions contained in the oyster shell to complement demerits of the oyster shell that is a principal raw material, wherein the acid montmorillonite has a size of particles corresponding to a sieve size of 4 to 8 meshes, and wherein the mixing ratio of the oyster shell and acid montmorillonite is selected considering removing efficiency of chlorine ions and removing efficiency of contamination.
본 발명은 활성탄 대체용 흡착제 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 오폐수 처리시 산성백토의 비율을 pH성장에 따라 조절함으로써 산 폐수나 알카리 폐수에 적절이 이용할 수 있는 입상 산성백토와 하소시킨 입상 굴패각을 이용한 활성탄 대체용 흡착제 제조방법에 관한 것이며, 폐수처리에 사용하는 여과재로 굴패각과 산성백토를 혼합하여 사용하고, 굴패각과 산성백토의 혼합비율을 1:0.2에서 1:0.3의 범위에서 혼합하여 700℃의 온도로 60분 회화하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 굴패각의 입자 크기가 10-16mesh 인 것을 특징으로 한다. |
