PURPOSE: An apparatus for informing a mounted cellular phone is provided to connect a driver sensor to a starting sensor and inform the driver that the driver leaves a cellular phone mounted on a handsfree through a voice output device. CONSTITUTION: A handsfree(20) mounts a cellular phone(30), and a mount judgment device(21) is embedded in the handsfree(20) for judging whether the cellular phone(30) is mounted and outputting an electric signal according to the judged result. A driver sensor(10) connects to the handsfree(20), and judges whether the driver rides in a car. A starting sensor(40) connects to an input terminal of the handsfree(20), senses the starting state of the car, and outputs an electric signal to the outside. A voice output device(50) connects to an output terminal of the handsfree(20), and outputs a warning sound as a voice signal when the driver mounts the cellular phone(30) and gets off the car. 본 발명은 핸즈프리에 그대로 거치한 핸드폰을 두고 운전자 및 승무원이 그대로 두고 차량 밖으로 나가는 경우를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 승무원의 탑승유무와 시동상태를 감지 또는 판단할 수 있는 승무원감지센서와 시동감지기를 연결하고 승무원이 핸드폰을 그대로 두고 나가려고 할때 음성출력기를 통해 운전자 및 승무원에게 알리므로서 차량에 핸드폰의 거치상태를 알리는 기능이 부가되는 다양한 기능으로부터 차량 제품의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.
