METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF THE LINNET YARN USING AIR BLAST FINISHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A method of preparing the titled yarn by melting a synthetic yarn and natural material yarn in a yarn texturing nozzle of high temperature and air pressure while intermingling and thereafter setting at high temperature is provided. Whereby, the product is improved in skin feel, gloss, moisture absorbency, lowering of static electricity and prevention of creasing. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic fiber having a denier of 30 to 150 as a core yarn(20) and natural fiber having 60 yarn number count as an effect yarn(30) are intermingled at a yarn texturing nozzle(10) at 180 to 210deg.C and then set at 180 to 200deg.C. In the intermingling process, air at 180 to 260deg.C is blown into an air jet hole(11) of the yarn texturing nozzle to cause the effect yarn to surround the core yarn to produce a processed yarn(40). 본 발명은 합섬과 천연 소재원사를 공기분사가공기를 이용 복합가공하여 천연마사에 가까운 촉감과 외관을 갖도록한 의마사(擬麻絲)의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 합섬소재원사를 공기분사를 이용하여 천연소재원사와 교락을 하되 합섬인 심사와 천연섬유 효과사를 원사교락노즐에서 180℃∼210℃온도를 갖는고온의 공기압을 불어넣어 융착교락시키고 이를 180∼200℃의 온도에서 순간셋팅시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 공기분사가공기를 이용한 의마사 제조방법이다.
