Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A diagnosis system is provided to diagnose and cure Behcet's disease by comparing the difference of protein between blood plasmas of a patient with Behcet's disease and a normal person. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis system diagnoses Behcet's disease by the steps of performing an electrophoresis on the protein obtained from a blood plasma or blood serum of a patient; checking that an anti-apolipoprotein A-1 antibody has coupled to the protein having a molecular mass of 6000 to 30000; and determining the existence of the hydrolyzed apolipoprotein A-1. A method for searching a therapeutic agent for Behcet's disease is performed by selecting the material for preventing the hydrolysis of the apolipoprotein A-1. 본 발명은 혈장 또는 혈청으로부터 수득되는 단백질을 전기영동한 후, 가수분해된 아포리포프로테인 A-1의 존재를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 베체트병의 진단 시스템 및 아포리포프로테인 A-1의 가수분해를 저해하는 물질을 선별하여 베체트병 치료제를 검색하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 아포리포프로테인 A-1 전체 혹은 일부분을 포함하는 단백질을 질병 표시인자로, 베체트병 환자의 혈장과 베체트병이 아닌 사람의 혈장내의 단백질 차이를 비교함으로써, 베체트병을 진단, 치료, 예후 관찰하고, 베체트병 치료제를 개발할 수 있을 것이다.
