Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for analysis of other proteins from an excessive albumin-containing sample using electrophoresis is provided, thereby easily and correctly analyzing other proteins adjacent to albumin as well as a trace amount of proteins. CONSTITUTION: The method for analysis of other proteins from an excessive albumin-containing sample using electrophoresis comprises the steps of: mixing the excessive albumin-containing sample with anti-albumin antibody resin; centrifuging the mixture; collecting the supernatant; and subjecting the supernatant to electrophoresis, wherein the excessive albumin-containing sample is serum, blood plasma or blood; the anti-albumin antibody resin contains 3 to 10mg of an anti-albumin antibody per 1ml of the resin; the anti-albumin antibody is a polyclonal antibody or a monoclonal antibody; and the anti-albumin antibody resin is prepared by non-covalently bonding the anti-albumin antibody with protein A resin or protein G resin or by covalently bonding the anti-albumin antibody with the resin. 본 발명은 항-알부민 항체 수지를 이용하여 혈장내의 알부민을 특이적으로 제거함으로써, 알부민과 인접한 위치에 존재하는 타 단백질의 전기영동 패턴을 용이하고 정확하게 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 혈청이나 혈장 등 혈액 내에 과량으로 존재하는 알부민을 항-알부민 항체 수지를 이용하여 특이적으로 제거하고, 수지에 부착되지 않은 단백질 용액을 회수하여 2차원 겔 전기영동을 함으로써, 알부민과 인접한 위치에 존재하는 타 단백질을 보다 용이하고 정확하게 분석할 수 있음은 물론, 알부민이 제거됨으로써 보다 많은 양의 시료를 2차원 겔 전기영동 등과 같은 프로테오믹스 분석법에 적용하여 미량의 단백질을 찾는데 유용하다.
