| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: Provided is a method for separating and purifying IgY from an egg yolk which has enriched IgY, in high purity of 50% or more. CONSTITUTION: The method for separating and purifying IgY is characterized by the steps of: diluting an egg yolk with distilled water in a certain ratio; regulating its pH and centrifuging it; collecting the supernatant then mixing it with 4.1M ammonium sulfate in a mixing ratio of 3:2; centrifuging the mixture then dialyzing depositions with distilled water; and freeze-drying them to obtain high purity of IgY.
본 발명은 IgY의 정제방법에 관한 것으로서, 특수 면역항체가 강화된 계란으로부터 고순도의 IgY를 생산하기 위하여 난황과 증류수의 비율이 일정비율이 되게 희석하고 최종 pH를 조절하여 원심분리한 후 상등액을 취하고 4.1M ammonium sulfate와 상등액을 2:3으로 혼합하여 원심분리하여 침전물을 증류수에 투석한 후 동결건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고순도 IgY의 정제방법을 제공한다. |
