Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for controlling the caloric value of a cocks oven is provided, to allow the caloric value supplied to each carbonization room to be controlled according to the amount of water when cocks is prepared by using the coals with different water content. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of measuring the water content of coal; determining if there is the change of water content by delivering the measured water content to a process computer; and injecting the coal of the amount corresponding to the caloric value calculated by the process computer according to the mathematical formula 1 when there is no change of water content, and injecting the coal of the amount corresponding to the caloric value calculated by the process computer according to the mathematical formula 2 when there is the change of water content. The mathematical formula 1 is represented by supply caloric value(kcal) = weight of coal(kg) x water content of coal x £specific heat of water(kcal/kg deg.C) x (b.p. of water(deg.C) - room temperature(deg.C)) + evaporation latent heat of water(kcal/kg) + specific heat of steam(kcal/kg deg.C) x (dry distillation termination temperature of coal(deg.C) - b.p. of water(deg.C))| + weight of coal(kg) x (1 - water content of coal) x specific heat of coal(kcal/kg deg.C) x(dry distillation termination temperature of coal(deg.C) - room temperature(deg.C)). 본 발명은 코크스 오븐에서 서로 다른 양의 수분이 함유된 석탄을 사용하여 코크스를 제조할 때 수분의 양에 따라 각 탄화실에 공급되는 열량을 적절히 조절할 수 방법에 관한 것으로, 코크스 오븐 조업 중 석탄의 함수율을 측정하고, 이를 이용하여 계산된 공급 열량에 따라 탄화실에 석탄을 장입하여 코크스 오븐의 열량을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 장입차에 설치된 스크류 컨베이어 내부에 설치된 온라인 수분 측정 센서에서 석탄의 함수율을 측정하는 단계와; 상기 측정된 함수율을 프로세스 컴퓨터에 전달하여 함수율의 변화가 있는가를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 함수율의 변화가 없는 경우에는 프로세스 컴퓨터에서 계산된 열량에 해당하는 양의 석탄을 장입하고, 함수율의 변화가 있는 경우에는 프로세스 컴퓨터에서 계산된 중량의 석탄을 장입하는 단계로 이루어진다. |
