Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for preparing an o-xylene-air mixture for the production of phthalic anhydride is provided, to allow phthalic anhydride to be produced more stably without danger of explosion. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of completely evaporating o-xylene(15) in the absence of oxygen; superheating the evaporated o-xylene(18) and mixing the superheated one with air(16); and supplying the obtained mixture to a phthalic anhydride reactor. Preferably the evaporator for o-xylene is a natural-circulation evaporator(7) or a kettle evaporator. Preferably the reaction is carried out with a load of 80-120 g o-xylene/Nm3 air; and the mixing of o-xylene and air is carried out by using a sparger ring mixer. Preferably a steam accumulator(12) is provided in front of the evaporator(7) for o-xylene for supplying the heated steam. 본 발명은 오르토-자일렌(o-자일렌) 및 공기로부터 균질 가스 혼합물(공급 가스)을 생성하는 방법에 관한 것이며, 이는 소위 PA 공정에서 가스-상 산화에 의한 프탈산 무수물(PA)의 제조를 위한 토대이다. 120 g o-자일렌/Nm공기의 로드가 달성될 수 있는 것을 통해 프탈산 무수물의 생산을 위한 o-자일렌-공기 혼합물의 생산 방법을 고안하기 위해서, 본 발명에 따라 o-자일렌을 완전히 증발시키고, 과열시킨 다음 산소 함유 공기와 혼합한 후 이 혼합물을 PA 반응기로 공급하는 것을 제안한다.
