Extrating method of active component from Zingiberaceae and antisenility agent using thereof

PURPOSE: A method of separation of an active component of Alpiniae officinarum Rhizoma by soaking in a solvent for 1 to 15 days is provided. Therefore, the composition containing the extract including galangin or the like exhibits pharmaceutically stable free radical scavenging action, antioxidative action and oxidative DNA damage inhibiting action and can be used as an anti-aging agent. CONSTITUTION: Alpiniae officinarum Rhizoma is dried, ground, added with a solvent and then soaked for 1 to 15 days, the solvent is one or more selected from the group consisting of ethanol, a mixture of ethanol and water, methanol, a mixture of methanol and water, acetone, diethyl ether, hexane, n-propanol, isopropanol, n-butanol or ethyl acetate. Then the extract is concentrated under reduced pressure. The anti-aging agent contains 0.001 to 10% by weight of the extract as a main component. 본 발명은 양강의 활성 성분의 분리방법 및 이를 주성분으로 하는 노화 방지제에 관한 것으로, 양강의 근경을 건조한 후 미세하게 분쇄하여 분말로 한 다음 일정량을 취하고 여기에 1-15배의 추출용매를 부가한 후 1-15일간 침적시켜 유효성분을 추출함을 특징으로 하며, 이와 같은 방법으로 추출한 추출용액은 항산화 활성, 프리 라디칼 소거작용 및 관련 활성 산소종에 의한 DNA 산화적 손상에 대한 억제활성이 뛰어난 것으로, 이를 근거로 하여 노화 방지제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 것이다. 이와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 양강에서 가란진 등의 약리작용 활성이 우수한 성분을 함유하는 추출물을 용이하게 수득할 수 있는 방법을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 이에 의해 수득된 추출물을 주성분으로 함유하는 조성물은 제제학적으로 안정한 프리 라디칼 소거, 항 산화, 산화적 DNA 손상억제 작용을 나타내며 따라서 이들의 작용을 근거로 하여 우수한 노화방지제로 이용될 수 있는 유용한 발명이다
