Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solid-state electrolytic capacitor is provided to prevent the crash of a dielectric layer formed on a device for use in capacitor by employing the electrolytic polymerization. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer is deposited on the surface of a capacitor device(30) through the oxidative polymerization and the electrolytic polymerization. In the electrolytic polymerization, an electrolytic polymerized solution(60) is filled in an electrolyzer(40) at a constant level and the capacitor device(30) is impregnated into the electrolytic polymerized solution(60). A positive electrode(70) is connected to an end of the capacitor device(30) and applies a positive current thereto. The region of the capacitor device(30) to which the positive electrode(70) is connected, is coated with a gold. A carbon tape(50) is attached to that region of the capacitor device(30). When a negative current is applied to the electrolyzer(40) and a positive current is applied to the capacitor device(30), an electrolytic polymerization is occurred between the electrolytic polymerized solution(60) and the capacitor device(30) so that the dielectric layer is deposited on the surface of the capacitor device(30).
고체 전해질 콘덴서를 제조하는 화성공정의 전해중합에서 콘덴서 소자에 양전류를 인가하는 양전극 단자가 콘덴서용 소자에 접촉한 후 분리되는 과정에서 콘덴서용 소자에 형성된 유전체층이 파손되지 않도록 하는 고체 전해질 콘덴서의 제조방법이 개시되어 있다. 고체 전해질 콘덴서를 제조하는 화성공정에서 콘덴서용 소자의 표면에 유전체층을 형성시키기 위하여 전해중합법을 실시한다. 상기 전해중합법에서 콘덴서용 소자의 일측면에 골드코팅을 하거나 카본 테이프를 부착시킨 후 양전류를 콘덴서용 소자측에 인가하는 양전극단자를 골드코팅을 한 부위에 접촉시키므로서 전해중합법이 끝난 후에 양전극단자를 콘덴서용 소자로부터 분리시켜도 콘덴서용 소자의 표면에 형성된 유전체층이 파손되는 현상이 발생하지 않게 된다. |
