Cooling apparatus of sintered ore

PURPOSE: An apparatus for cooling sintered ore is provided to prevent leakage of cooling air from the cooling apparatus, uniformly supply the cooling air to the sintered ore stacked in a transfer car to maximize cooling efficiency and prevent outflow of leaked air and dust when discharging the sintered ore stacked in the transfer car. CONSTITUTION: In a sintered ore cooling apparatus comprising a transfer car which is rotationally installed at the upper part of a cylindrical body, and a cooling fan for supplying cooling air which is installed at the side surface of the body to cool the sintered ore stacked in the transfer car, the apparatus for cooling sintered ore is characterized in that a plurality of through holes(8) are formed on a bottom plate(7) and a side surface plate(15) of the transfer car so that cooling air is flown in through the bottom and side surface of the transfer car, a bottom plate guide wheel(13) for guiding the bottom plate is installed at one side of the bottom plate, and a bottom plate guide rail(14) for rotationally guiding the bottom plate during discharging of the sintered ore stacked in the transfer car is installed at the bottom plate guide wheel(13), wherein a cooling water storage tank(16) containing cooling water is installed on the upper circumferential surface of the body, a seal bar is installed at both surfaces of the transfer car so that the seal bar cuts off inner and outer parts of the cooling apparatus with the seal bar immersed into cooling water contained in the cooling water storage tank, and a seal plate(17) is movably installed on the inner surface of the seal bar to open or close through holes formed on the side surface plate of the transfer car. 본 발명의 목적은 소결광을 냉각시키는 냉각장치에서 냉각공기가 누풍 되는 것을 방지하고, 냉각공기를 대차에 적재된 소결광으로 균일하게 공급하여 냉각 효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있으며 대차에 적재된 소결광이 배광 할 때 누풍 및 분진이 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 소결광 냉각장치를 제공함에 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 원형상의 몸체(4) 상부에 회전 가능하게 대차(5)가 마련되고 상기 몸체의 측면에는 그 대차에 적재된 소결광을 냉각시키도록 냉각공기를 공급하는 냉각팬(12)이 마련된 소결광 냉각장치에 있어서, 상기 대차의 저면 및 측면을 통하여 냉각공기가 유입되도록 대차의 저면판(7) 및 측면판(15)에 무수히 많은 통공(8)이 형성되고, 상기 저면판의 일측에는 그 저면판을 안내하는 저면판 안내휠(13)이 마련되며, 상기 저면판 안내휠은 대차에 적재된 소결광 배출시 저면판이 회동되도록 안내하는 저면판 가이드 레일(14)이 마련된 것이다.
