Hinge assembly for cabinet door

PURPOSE: A hinge assembly for receipt cabinet is provided to conveniently mount the door to the receipt cabinet without fear of breakdown of hinge shafts and/or alteration of the door by making the shafts to appear/disappear from sides of the door. CONSTITUTION: The hinge assembly comprises two support bodies(31) located at both inner sides of a door, a first and a second hinge shafts(32a,32b) passed through the support bodies(31) and mounted at equal distances. A stopper(33) is provided to each end of the first and the second hinge shafts(32a,32b) to selectively contact to the bodies(31) and, at the each other end of the shafts(32a,32b), a first and a second springs(34a,34b), a first and a second snap rings(35a,35b) and a first and a second wheels(36a,36b) are connected in order. The springs(34a,34b) are compressive springs and located on the shafts(32a,32b) between the snap rings(35a,35b). The springs serve to bias the shafts(32a,32b) in a direction opposite to an arrow. 본 발명에 따른 힌지 조립체는, 도어의 내면에 설치된 지지체(31)와, 이 지지체(31)를 관통하여 설치되며 일단이 수납장(40) 내벽에 형성된 가이드 레일(41, 42)에 삽입되는 힌지축(32a, 32b)과, 힌지축(32a, 32b)의 타단에 설치되며 지지체(31)와 접촉하는 스토퍼(33)와, 힌지축(32a, 32b)의 일단에 회전 가능하게 설치된 바퀴(36a, 36b)와, 바퀴(36a, 36b)와 소정 간격만큼 이격되어 힌지축(32a, 32b) 상에 설치된 스냅링(35a, 35b)과, 스냅링(35a, 35b)과 지지체(31) 사이에 설치되어 힌지축(32a, 32b)을 가이드 레일(41, 42) 방향으로 바이어스하는 스프링(34a, 34b)을 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 힌지축(32a, 32b)이 도어(10)의 측단으로부터 출몰 가능하게 되므로, 도어(10)가 변형되거나 힌지축(32a, 32b)이 파손될 우려 없이 도어(10)를 수납장(40)에 손쉽게 장착할 수 있게 된다.
