Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A patch agent prepared by using tulobuterol as an effective ingredient, one or two or more absorption promoters, a solubilizing agent and a matrix substrate is provided which is effective in continuous release of tulobuterol for a long period of time and efficient in production of a patch. CONSTITUTION: The patch agent contains: (a)1 to 30% by weight of tulobuterol; (b)1 to 20% by weight of one or two or more absorption promoters selected from the group consisting of polyglyceryl olate(Plurol Oleique), PEG-8 glyceryl caprylate/caprylate (Labrasol), PEG-8 glyceryl linolate(Labrafil 2609), sorbitan fatty acid ester(Span) and polyoxyethylene-sorbitan-fatty acid ester(Tween); (c)1 to 20% by weight of one or more alkalinizing agents selected from alkanolamine, alkylamine, sodium bicarbonate, caustic soda and a basic compound having ammonium ion, amine group and pyridine group; and (d)70 to 99% by weight of one or more of hydroxyl-containing acrylate-based or grafted acrylate-based polymers as a matrix substrate. 본 발명은 유효성분으로서 툴로부테롤; 폴리글리세릴 올레이트(Plural Oleque), PEG-8 글리세릴 카프리에이트/카프레이트(Labrasol), PEG-8 글리세릴 리놀레이트(Labrafil 2609), 소르비탄 지방산 에스테르(Span), 폴리옥시에틸렌-소르비탄-지방산 에스테르(Tween)로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 흡수촉진제; 알칼리화제로 알칸놀아민류; 및 매트릭스 기재로서 친수성 고분자가 그래프트된 아크릴레이트계와 하이드록실기를 가진 아크릴레이트 고분자 중합체중 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 구성된 매트릭스를 포함하는 툴로부테롤-함유 경피흡수용 패취제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 약물인 툴로부테롤을 장시간 지속적으로 방출하는데 매우 효과적이며, 패취를 생산에 있어서 효율적이다.
