Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An acupressure hula-hoop is provided to facilitate the removal of extra flesh around the waist as well as the circulation of the blood by achieving the effect of finger acupressure. CONSTITUTION: The acupressure hula-hoop(11) comprises a hinge pin(20) radially contained in the interior space of the hula-hoop, an acupressure lever(17) hinged to the hinge pin so that the acupressure lever is able to be repeatedly projected and retracted out of the inner peripheral of the hula-hoop according to the waist movement of a user, and a spring connected between the hula-hoop and the acupressure lever for elastically supporting the one end of the acupressure lever to the outside of the hula-hoop.
