HAND SEALER SPREADING DEVICE FOR REINFORCE BODY PANEL

PURPOSE: A manual sealer coating device for reinforcing the body panel is provided to allow the desired product to be produced continuously irrespective of the stop of the automatic production line. CONSTITUTION: The manual sealer coating device comprises a moving truck(100) having a plurality of wheels(101); a pump unit(200) which is loaded at the side of the rectangular plate of the truck and pumps the sealer contained a drum to discharge it through a sealer discharge hose(10); a filter unit(300) which is loaded at the side of the rectangular plate of the truck, filters the impurities from the sealer and discharging the sealer; a quantitative discharge unit(400) which controls the pressure of the sealer and discharges it through the sealer discharge hose; an extrude gun unit(500) which is fixed to the gun fixing stand(510), and coats the sealer on the matter to be coated; a heating hose frame(600) which is loaded at the side of the rectangular plate of the truck and supports the sealer discharge hose between the discharge unit and the extrude gun unit; and a control unit(700) which is loaded at the side of the rectangular plate of the truck, controls the temperature of the pump unit, the filter unit and the sealer discharge hose and controls the entire operation of the system containing the air pressure of the pump unit and the discharge unit. 본 발명은 바디 판넬을 보강하기 위한 수동 씰러 도포 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히, 다수개의 바퀴가 설치된 이동대차; 드럼통에 담겨있는 씰러를 펌핑하여 배출시키는 펌프유닛; 펌프유닛으로부터 유입된 씰러의 이물질을 걸러낸 후 배출시키는 필터유닛; 필터유닛으로부터 유입되는 씰러의 압력을 조절하여 일정압으로 배출시키는 정량토출유닛; 씰러를 작업하고자 하는 물체위에 도포시키는 익스트루드 건 유닛; 정량토출유닛과 익스트루드 건 유닛 사이의 씰러 배출 호스를 지지하기 위한 히팅호스 프레임; 및 씰러 배출 호스의 온도를 제어하는 한편, 펌프유닛과 정량토출유닛의 공기압력을 포함하여 시스템 전체의 동작을 제어하는 제어유닛을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 본 발명은 자동라인의 일시 중단시에 즉각적인 대응으로 자동라인의 정지와 상관없이 원하는 제품의 생산이 가능하고, 다품종 소량 생산인 중형차나 상용차 또는 실험차종의 생산에 고비용의 설비투자 없이도 원하는 판넬에 요구되는 보강재를 생산할 수 있다는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
