Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A unified measuring instrument is provided to reduce an error rate for the measurement by processing two functions with one apparatus and implementing a correction work of a power measurement device over the whole bandwidth of the output frequency of a power generator inside. CONSTITUTION: A unified measuring instrument(100) includes a power generator(110) for generating a power, a power measurement device(120) for measuring the power by using a signal inputted from outside, a first switching device(130) for selectively outputting the signal outputted from the power generator(110), a second switching device(140) selectively inputting the signal inputted from the first switching device(130) or from outside to the power measurement device(120) and a cable(150) connected between the first switching device(130) and the second switching device(140) for transmitting the signal to allow the electrical elements to be measured.
