ONE LIQUID PHASE ROOM TEMPERATURE CURING SILICON SEALANT RUBBER COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A one liquid phase room temperature curing silicon sealant rubber composition is provided, to improve the elongation after curing and the curing velocity by reducing the amount of bubbles generated during the process effectively. CONSTITUTION: The one liquid phase silicon sealant rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of α, ¥ø-dihydroxide polydimethylsiloxane oil with a viscosity of 15,000-20,00 cps at 25 deg.C as a base oil; 10-30 parts by weight of a polydimethylsiloxane oil with a viscosity of 80-150 cps at 25 deg.C as a plasticizer; 8-15 parts by weight of vinyl tris(ethylmethylketoxymo)silane as a cross-linking agent; 5-15 parts by weight of a hydrophobically surface-treated silica with an average size of 5-20 mm and a surface area of 200-300 m2/g as a filler; 10-50 parts by weight of calcium carbonated treated with stearic acid; 5-30 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide stearate; and 0.2-0.4 parts by weight of dibutyl tin dilaurate as a catalyst.
