Method for writing of announcement service message in mobile switching center

PURPOSE: A method for recording a guidance broadcasting message in a switch is provided to easily add and delete a supplemental service guidance broadcasting message according to the add and change of a call service provided from a company to a subscriber by making the guidance broadcasting message as a WAV(Word Audio Video) or PCM(Pulse Code Modulation) file, downloading the guidance broadcasting message to a guidance broadcasting device, and recording the guidance broadcasting message through the downloading by an FTP(File Transfer Protocol). CONSTITUTION: If a guidance broadcasting downloading instruction is received from an operator, an OMP(Operation and Maintenance Processor) analyzes a file size, a message number, and information whether the file is a WAV or PCM file, and requests a guidance broadcasting device to perform a downloading(ST12). The guidance broadcasting device receives the performance request, checks whether it is possible to perform the downloading, and transmits a response about the request(ST13). The OMP receives the response about the performance request, and confirms whether it is possible to perform the downloading according to the received response(ST14). If it is possible to perform the downloading according to the received response, the OMP reads a corresponding file with 36000 bytes, and transmits the corresponding file to the guidance broadcasting device by 360 bytes through an IPC(InterProcessor Communication)(S15). The guidance broadcasting device stores the transmitted file in a DRAM(ST16). The guidance broadcasting device checks whether the transmission of the file is completed(ST17). If the transmission of the file is completed, the guidance broadcasting device confirms the integrity of the transmitted file and checks whether the file is abnormal(ST18). If the file is normal, the guidance broadcasting device discriminates whether the transmitted file is a WAV or PCM file(ST19). If the transmitted file is the WAV file, the guidance broadcasting device converts the transmitted file into a PCM file(ST20). The guidance broadcasting device records the converted WAV file and the transmitted WAV file message in a corresponding message number region of a flash memory, and updates a guidance broadcasting database(ST21).
