Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A door hinge assembly of a vehicle is provided to open and close a door smoothly and to rotate a door in stages by preventing a door from opening or closing suddenly when parking or stopping a car on an incline. CONSTITUTION: The door hinge assembly of a vehicle comprises: a body hinge(12) fixed to one side of a body; a door hinge(11) fixed to one side of a door and coupled with the body hinge(12) by a shaft(13) to be rotated; a fixing gear(110) fixed on the middle of the shaft(13); a cam gear(120) installed to the body hinge(12) to be rotated, and provided with a gear part(121) to be engaged with the fixing gear(110) and a multistage bending plane(122); and a spring(130) fixed to the body hinge(12) to adhere the fixing gear(110) to the cam gear(120) by supporting the bending plane(122) of the cam gear(120) elastically.
