Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for returning oil of accumulator of hermetic compressor is provided to make oil smoothly flow into a compression mechanism part. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus includes an accumulator container(50) having a refrigerant pipe(60) connected to an evaporator joined thereto; a connecting pipe(40), a bending pipe, having one side joined to one side of a hermetic container(10) in which an electromotive mechanism part(20) and a compression mechanism part(30) are installed and the other side penetrating a bottom of the accumulator container to be inserted so as to guide refrigerant gas flowing into the accumulator container to the compression mechanism part; and an oil flowing fine tube(90) fluidically connecting a part of the connecting pipe with large radius of curvature and the bottom of the accumulator container to guide oil filled on the bottom of the accumulator container to an inside of the connecting pipe.
