Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method of grinding an angle of edge for electrode separation of a solar cell is provided to increase the quantity of electricity of a solar cell according to an increase of area by grinding only the corner of an edge of a wafer. CONSTITUTION: A surface of a wafer is etched by performing an etch process. An anti-reflective layer is formed by performing a diffusion process. A printing process for the wafer is performed. An electrode is separated by performing a thermal process. A positive pole(1) is surrounded by a negative pole(2). A corner of an edge of a wafer(4) including the positive pole(1) and the negative pole(2) is ground as much as a predetermined angle( ) by using a grinding machine(3). The quantity of electricity generated from a solar cell is increased proportionally to an increase of an area of the edge. A grinding time is reduced by grinding only a corner of the edge instead of a whole surface of the edge. 본 발명은 태양전지 제조시의 전극분리공정에 있어서, 에지의 전면을 그라인딩하지 않고, 에지의 모서리만을 (θ)각도로 그라인딩함으로써 면적 증가에 비례하여 태양전지로부터 발생되는 전기량을 증가시킬 수 있으며, 상기와 같이 그라인딩시 연삭기(3)의 위치 변동없이 어느 한 중심을 기준으로 (θ)의 각도로 360˚ 회전시키면서 웨이퍼(4)의 모서리를 그라인딩함으로써 그라인딩시간의 단축과 이에 따른 생산성 향상을 가져 올 수 있도록 한 태양전지의 전극분리를 위한 모서리각 그라인딩 방법에 관한 것이다.
