ADVERTISING METHOD USING GAME AND CARTOON SITE ON INTERNET

PURPOSE: An advertising method using a game and cartoon site on the Internet is provided to enhance an advertising effect by buffering a moving picture advertisement in a user system by an additional program being supplied by an operator who operates a game and cartoon site, displaying the moving picture advertisement at a time set by the operator for a predetermined time, and making a user progress to the next stage only after watching the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to the Internet(S101). The user connects to an operator server of a game and cartoon site(S102). It is checked whether a game/cartoon program supplied by the operator is installed in a user's system(S103). If a game/cartoon program is not installed, the program is downloaded from a game/cartoon server and installed, and the program is executed(S104). A cartoon file and game information are transmitted from the game/cartoon server. An operation of the program is informed to a moving picture advertising server, a moving picture advertisement is transmitted to the user's system and a buffering of the advertisement is performed(S107). If the buffering is terminated, the user watches a cartoon or progresses a game(S108). It is judged whether a page set by the operator in the cartoon watching process is reached or a termination time in the game progressing process is reached(S109). If the set page or time is reached, the buffered moving picture advertisement is displayed on the cartoon or the game, and the cartoon or the game is progressed again(S110).
