CONSTITUTION: The novel compound is represented by the formula(1) in which R is described as in the description, wherein X¬- represents halogen ion, such as F¬-, Cl¬-, Br¬-, I¬- etc, IO4¬-, ClO4¬-, OTf¬- or HSO4¬-; R¬1 is hydrogen, C1-4 lower alkyl, hydroxy or -OR¬4(provided that R¬4 is C1-4 lower alkyl group); R¬2 represents vinyl or ethyl group; R¬3 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl, alryl, benzyl, naphthalene-1-il-methyl or anthracene-9-il-methyl. 본 발명은 새로운 비대칭 상 이동 촉매와 이를 이용한 알파 아미노산의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 촉매를 아미노산 제조방법에 이용하면, 간단하게 높은 수율로 알파 아미노산을 제조할 수 있다.
