RING TYPE MAGNET APPARATUS FOR MAGNETIC SENSOR

PURPOSE: A magnet ring structure for magnetic sensor is provided to obtain a sufficient durability corresponding to the temperature change caused due to thermal impact, while preventing cracking when the magnet ring is force fit to the shaft. CONSTITUTION: A magnet ring structure comprises a steel bush(50) arranged to a rotor, and which rotates together with the rotor; a magnet section(60) arranged along the outer periphery of the steel bush, and which has a plurality of polarities formed along the outer periphery of the magnet section so as to allow a rotation speed sensor to sense speed; and a buffer member(70) interposed between the steel bush and the magnet section. The buffer member protect the magnet section from damage by absorbing expansion or contraction of the steel bush caused due to the change of ambient temperature. 본 발명은 자동차 등에 사용되는 속도 센서의 일종인 마그네틱 센서에 관한 것으로서, 특히 회전체에 설치되어 동시에 회전되는 부쉬와; 상기 부쉬의 둘레에 위치되고, 회전속도감지수단이 속도를 감지할 수 있도록 외경면에 복수개의 극성을 띄도록 이루어진 마그넷부와; 상기 부쉬와 마그넷부 사이에 구비되어 완충 작용을 하는 완충 수단을 포함함으로써, 열충격에 의한 온도 변화에 용이하게 대응할 수 있고, 강제 압입시에 크랙 등이 발생되지 않도록 한 마그네틱 센서의 마그넷 링 구조를 제공하게 된다.
