Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for welding a high content silicon aluminum alloy material using flywheel friction welding is provided to obtain a high quality compressor piston by enabling welding of the aluminum material containing high content of silicon, reduce about 80% or more of costs compared to an existing laser welding method. CONSTITUTION: The method for welding a high content silicon aluminum alloy material using flywheel friction welding is characterized in that a cap part(4) and a head part(5) are manufactured in a cap shape and a head part shape respectively by deep drawing and forging a high content Si-Al alloy material, the manufactured cap part and head part are friction welded by flywheel type friction welding, the rotation shaft(3) is continuously rotated by removing the clutch(2) after fixing the cap part(4) to both sides of a rotation shaft(3) of a flywheel welding machine and connecting a clutch(2) to a flywheel(1) so that the cap part and the clutch are rotated to the number of revolutions capable of storing a certain rotational inertia moment, friction is generated between the rotation shaft and the friction surface of the material by minute forward movement speed and large friction pressure after rapidly advancing both sides of the rotation shaft to the fixed shaft(6) in a low hydraulic pressure around a fixed shaft(6) to which the head part(5) is fixed, strong rotational inertia torque and severe friction heat are generated on the friction surface of the front end of the cap part of the rotation shaft(3) due to friction with the friction surface of the front end of the head part of the fixed shaft, the generated friction heat increases temperature of the friction surface of the material to a certain level so that transformation is generated to produce welding flash(9) due to flow stress lower than friction pressure, the welding flash(9) removes defective factors of the material such as impurities and oxides existed on the friction surface of the material and projects new metal surfaces of a matrix to guide strong atomic bonding between the new metal surfaces, the number of revolutions is gradually decreased by torque due to friction between the materials, and welding is completed by complete bonding between the new metal surfaces through certain friction pressure or additional pressure for a certain period of time.
