Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: Provided is a teicoplanin producing microorganism, Actinoplanes teichomyceticus CJP 2004, thereby producing high concentration of teicoplanin with a low production coat. CONSTITUTION: Actinoplanes teichomyceticus CJP 2004 is manufactured by improving Actinoplanes teichomyceticus CJP 2003(KFCC 11251) by artificial mutation using UV as a mutagen, wherein the Actinoplanes teichomyceticus CJP 2003 is a mutant strain of Actinoplanes teichomyceticus(ATCC 31121). Therefore, its productivity of teicoplanin is dramatically improved. 본 발명은 테이코플라닌을 생산하는 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스ATCC 31121의 인공 돌연변이주인 악티노플라네스 테이코마이세티쿠스CJP 20003을 인공 돌연변이법 및 단일포자 분리법에 따라 균주를 개량하여 고농도의 테이코플라닌을 생산하는 미생물에 관한 것이다.
