A wall mount type micro wave oven and its control method

PURPOSE: A panel type microwave oven and a method for controlling the same are provided to prevent an overload phenomenon by controlling output levels of a hood device and the microwave oven. CONSTITUTION: A control portion(100) controls all operations of a microwave oven. A key input portion(90) is electrically connected to the control portion(100). A hood device(20) is formed with a hood motor(HM), a hood motor relay(21), a hood lamp(HL), and a hood lamp relay(22). A hood device drive portion(120), a relay drive portion(110), and a pulse width modulation portion(62) of an output conversion portion(60) are connected to an output terminal of the control portion(100). A filter portion(30) is used for removing noise from in a power source. A low voltage transformer(40) provides direct power source of low voltage to the control portion(100). The low voltage transformer(40) is connected to a power source cord(10) through a filter portion(30). The first safety switch(51) is connected to the filter portion(30). A monitor switch(52) is connected to the first safety switch(51). A lamp(L) of a cooking room is connected to the second safety switch(53). A power relay(54) is connected to the second safety switch(53). A drive motor(DM) and a cooling fan motor(FM) are connected between the power relay(54) and the monitor switch(52). The output conversion portion(60) is connected between the power relay(54) and the first coil of a high voltage transformer(70). The output conversion portion(60) is formed with a rectifying portion and a switch portion. The switch portion is formed with the first and the second switching elements(Q1,Q2). 본 발명은 후드모터 동작에 따라 조리 초기 후드장치와 전자레인지가 동시에 최고 출력으로 작동되지 않도록 하는 벽걸이형 전자레인지와 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 후드장치의 작동을 제어하는 후드장치 구동부와, 트랜스포머로 공급되는 전원을 조절하는 출력변환수단과, 작동 초기에 후드장치와 전자레인지가 동시에 미리 설정된 최대출력으로 작동하지 않도록 후드장치구동부와 출력변환수단을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하고, 작동 초기 소정시간 동안 후드모터 및 전자레인지가 동시에 최대출력으로 작동되지 않도록 하고, 초기단계에서 소정시간이 경과하면 정상 작동하도록 함으로써, 소모되는 전체 소비 전력량을 조절하고 과부하를 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
