Yoghurt formular to inhibit Helicobacter pylori growth in gastrointestinal tract

PURPOSE: A yogurt composition containing as an addition material a natural material having an excellent effect on removal of active oxygen in the stomach and regeneration of a stomach wall as well as killing Helicobacter pylori and attachment inhibition on a stomach wall is provided which is useful as a high-functionality yogurt composition. CONSTITUTION: The yogurt composition contains 0.003 to 0.34% by weight of gum mastic, 0.03 to 0.5% by weight of one or more of ginseng extracts and Artemisia capillaris Thunb extracts, 0.1 to 5% by weight of manuka honey and 10¬7 to 10¬10 cells/ml Helicobacter pylori-inhibiting lactic acid bacteria, which is one of Lactobacillus coprophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus paracasei, Lactobacillus confusus. 본 발명은 위장내 헬리코박터 피로리 균을 감소시키고 증식을 억제할 수 있는 요구르트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 특히 헬리코박터 피로리균의 사멸효과, 위벽부착억제 외에 위 활성산소 제거 및 위벽재생에 뛰어난 효과가 입증된 천연식품 소재를 첨가물로 혼합하여 마스틱검 30∼2,500 ppm, 인삼 또는 인진쑥 추출물: 300∼5,000 ppm, 마누카꿀 0.1∼5%, 유산균 10∼10cells/ml가 포함된 요구르트 조성물에 관한 것이다.
