Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A pin clamp of an external fixing device is provided to help an operator to easily rotate a pin supporting member without displacement of a pin supporting member, thus facilitating correction of broken bone. CONSTITUTION: The pin clamp of an external fixing device comprises a body(20), a pin supporting member(22) coupled to the upper side of the body, and a pin fixing plate(24) coupled to the pin supporting member. The body is formed with a concave seating surface having a certain curvature on the top surface thereof, and the pin supporting member is formed with a bottom convex surface corresponding to the concave surface of the body. The center of curvature of the seating surface is located in the vicinity of a pin coupling region to ensure the rotation of the pin supporting member.
