Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Provided is a method for treating skin disease using a combination of retinoids and erb inhibitors. The use of the agents together prevents skin injury caused by retinoids. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises retinoids and erb inhibitors represented by the formula(2), wherein the retinoid is selected from all-trans-retinal, all-trans retinol, all-trans retinoic acid, 9-cis-retinoic acid, 13-cis-retinoic acid, 13-cis-retinal, 13-cis-retinol, 9-cis-retinal, or 9-cis-retinol; and the erb inhibitor is a quinazoline or a pyridopyrimidine. 레티노이드와 함께 사용된 erb 억제제는 레티노이드 단독으로 유발된 피부 손상을 예방하는데 효과적이다. 피부 노화 및 유사한 피부 질환의 치료 방법은 레티노이드를 하기 화학식의 erb 억제제와 함께 투여하는 것을 포함한다: (상기 식 중에서, E, E및 E는 할로를 포함하고, 아릴은 알킬카르보닐 또는 알케닐카르보닐이고, 알콕시는 아미노기로 임의로 치환된 저급 알콕시이다.)
