Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A system for operating and managing the congratulations and the condolences is provided to reduce the manpower, the time and a cost for recording managing the data by automatically calculating the reception/payment money in real time with only one data input for the detail of a visit and the reception/payment money. CONSTITUTION: The congratulations and condolences management program is capable of searching the data for a visitor and the details of the reception/payment money by automatically calculating the reception/payment money with only one data input in real time. A plurality of DBs(20) managed by a main server stores the congratulations and condolences management program by a kind of the congratulations and condolences and the event. The activity area(30) is managed by a main server and is enables the businessmen(41) of various categories relating to the congratulations and condolences and the event to carry out various kinds of activities by connecting through the Internet(50). The main server(10) manages the DB and the activity area and distributes the congratulations and condolences management program to a user(40) and the businessmen with or without a charge through the Internet.
