METHOD FOR MACHINING CHAMFERING FOR HOLE

PURPOSE: A hole chamfering machining method is provided to create easily and speedily a chamfering machining programming by performing automatically a hole chamfering machining cycle of all sizes regardless of a size of an instrument. CONSTITUTION: A sizes of a cutter radius(TD) for machining a chamfering and a chamfering machining radius(CD) are compared. If the cutter radius(TD) is larger than the chamfering machining method radius(CD), the first chamfering cycle method is performed. If the chamfering machining method radius(CD) is larger than the cutter radius(TD), the second chamfering cycle method is performed. A given hole and an instrument shape determine a kind of a chamfering cycle. A machining data of the first chamfering cycle is obtained. The chamfering machining is performed along the second chamfering cycle following by the first chamfering cycle.
