Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To obtain necessary information used for teaching materials for Ueda method study from enterprises by using a computer network, to distribute the teaching materials for the Ueda method study to teachers and students by using the network, and further to let the teachers teach a language to students based on the distributed Ueda method teaching materials for study. CONSTITUTION: The Ueda method teaching materials for study are comprised of a step, in which prescribed information selected from those familiar with us in our daily lives are advertisements advertised by enterprises, and an editing company of the teaching materials for language study inputs the advertisements to a computer a step for editing the teaching materials for study by using the computer a step for distributing the teaching material to students by using the network a step for distributing it to teachers a step for promoting the teachers, based on the teaching materials a step for registering the teachers in the computer and a step, in which the teachers teach a language to the students through the computer by using the teaching materials for language study for the teachers and students.
