Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A feeder replacement system is provided to smoothly charge a feeder base into a surface element loading device by improving means for charging and mounting the feeder base. CONSTITUTION: A feeder replacement system(20) picks up an electronic part and continuously charges it onto a printed circuit board. A surface element loading device has a position setting means at one side of a frame and a pneumatic pumping means. The feeder base(21) having a plurality of feeders of which a part is mounted thereon is smoothly loaded onto a supporting frame(25). The supporting frame(25) moves upwards and downwards by means of an elevating means. The stroke of the elevating means is limited by a stroke limiting means. A docking cart(22) has a main frame(26) in which the elevating means is installed thereon. Preferably, the elevating means comprises a cylinder for generating a pneumatic pressure.
