DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING COURSE EXPLANATION OF WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A device for displaying course explanations of a washing machine and a method thereof are provided to directly download various washing course use methods and explanations in real time from an external communication line via a communication part, thereby improving the convenience and efficiency of the washing machine use. CONSTITUTION: A device for displaying course explanations of a washing machine includes a key input part(100) for selecting a washing course desired by a user, a storing part(140) for storing course-use methods and course explanations of various washing courses, a communication part(150) to connect with an external communication line(170) according to user's request for carrying out data communication, a display part(130) for displaying the course-use methods and the course explanations of a washing course selected by the user via the key input part, and a system microcomputer(160) for controlling the display and data storing of the selected course downloaded from the external communication line.
