Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for plasma transferred arc(PTA) welding Ni based alloys, especially Ni based alloys added with Nb is provided to inhibit the growth of Laves phase due to segregation of Nb precipitates along boundaries of dendrite. CONSTITUTION: In a method for plasma transferred arc welding Ni based alloys, the present invention is characterized in that welding operation is regulated to adjust dilution rate within the range of 15 to 35% and Ni based alloy powder is fed at a rate of 3.3 kg/hr as applying electric current of 170-210A. 본 발명은 플라즈마 분말 육성용접(Plasma Transfered Arc Welding, PTA Welding)에 관한 것이며; 그 목적은 니켈계 합금의 플라즈마 분말육성용접시 용접균열을 감소시키고자 함에 있다. 본 발명은 니켈계 합금의 플라즈마 분말 육성용접방법에 있어서, 니켈계 합금의 용융된 모재의 면적과 육성부의 면적의 합에 대한 용융된 모재의 면적비로 정의되는 희석율이 15~ 35%의 범위가 되도록 용접공정변수를 조정하여 육성용접하므로써, 육성 용접층의 응고균열을 방지한다.
