Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method for controlling combustion of a coke oven is provided to reduce manufacturing cost of coke and energy and improve quality of coke by controlling combustion so that a final temperature of coke arrives in the proper range according to blending ratio of semi-soft coking coal contained in charging coals of the coke oven. CONSTITUTION: In a method for controlling combustion of a coke oven used in coke manufacturing, the method for controlling combustion of a coke oven according to blending ratio of semi-soft coking coal in charging coals comprises the process of controlling combustion of the coke oven so that the final temperature of coke is in the range of 1000 to 1050 deg.C when a blending ratio of the semi-soft coking coal contained in the charging coals of the coke oven is 15%, the final temperature of coke is in the range of 1020 to 1070 deg.C when a blending ratio of the semi-soft coking coal contained in the charging coals of the coke oven is 20%, the final temperature of coke is in the range of 1050 to 1100 deg.C when a blending ratio of the semi-soft coking coal contained in the charging coals of the coke oven is 30%, the final temperature of coke is in the range of 1080 to 1130 deg.C when a blending ratio of the semi-soft coking coal contained in the charging coals of the coke oven is 35%, and the final temperature of coke is in the range of 1100 to 1150 deg.C when a blending ratio of the semi-soft coking coal contained in the charging coals of the coke oven is 40%. |
