DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY CONTROLLING RADIATION ANGLE OF HEADLAMP

PURPOSE: A device for automatically controlling a radiation angle of a headlamp is provided to automatically and properly control a forward lighting angle according to a vehicle speed without influencing on drivers of other vehicles, thereby improving the convenience and the safety. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically controlling a radiation angle of a headlamp includes a sensing part(22) for sensing a position of a preceding vehicle on the same or right lane or an opposite lane by using an ultrasonic wave sensor(20), a vehicle speed detecting part(6) for detecting a current vehicle speed on the basis of signals input from a vehicle sensor(5), a switch(12) for controlling the turning on or off of a headlamp(14) according to the on/off of a headlamp switch(16), and an electronic control unit(ECU;8) for sensing a signal to a relay(10) according to the signals output from the sensing part and the vehicle speed detecting part for automatically controlling a radiation angle of the headlamp.
