Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method is provided which promptly and accurately evaluates electrical resistance weldability of the surface treated steel sheet having difficulty in electrical resistance welding by measuring a contact resistance between surface treated steel sheets. CONSTITUTION: The method for evaluating electrical resistance weldability of a surface treated steel sheet comprises the steps of obtaining a weldable critical resistance value by measuring contact resistance according to a thickness of a coating layer of an arbitrary surface treated steel sheet and performing resistance welding of the surface treated steel sheet; measuring a contact resistance between two steel sheets after pressing a specific surface treated steel sheet to be welded to a certain pressure; and determining whether welding is possible or not by comparing the measure contact resistance of the specific steel sheet with the obtained critical resistance value.
본 발명은 전기전도도가 낮은 물질 혹은 비도전성 물질이 피복된 임의의 강판(1)의 피복층 두께에 따라 접촉저항을 측정하고, 저항용접을 실시하여 용접 가능한 임계 저항치를 구한 후, 용접하고자 하는 특정 표면처리강판을 일정 압력으로 가압한 다음, 두 강판 사이의 접촉저항을 측정하고 나서 상기 특정 강판 소재의 접촉저항 측정값을 상기에서 구한 임계치와 비교하여 용접 가능 여부를 결정하므로써, 저항용접이 어려운 소재의 용접성 평가하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 이러한 평가방법을 통해 표면처리강판의 저항용접에 맞는 용접조건을 용이하게 결정할 수 있는 효과가 있다. |
